I cannot say enough amazing things about Emily at McCandless Floral! She was truly one of my favorite vendors we worked with throughout the entire wedding process. From start to finish, Emily was kind, knowledgeable, creative, professional, and genuinely such a joy to work with. Emily was always one step ahead of me - she thought of details and had answers to questions before I even knew I needed to ask them! I completely trusted her, and when I saw everything come together on our wedding day, I was blown away. Her work was absolutely beautiful and brought our vision to life perfectly. On top of all of that, her pricing was incredibly reasonable, especially for the quality of her work and level of service she provides. I truly want to shout from the rooftops about how wonderful Emily is. If you are looking for a wedding florist, BOOK HER! I could not recommend Emily and McCandless Floral more!

They made a beautiful arrangement for my beautiful aunts funeral. I requested something a little different and they totally did a great job with it very much. Listen to what I wanted. Highly recommend.

I have used McCandless floral exclusively for special occasion flowers for about five years now. They always deliver fresh, beautiful arrangements! I absolutely cannot recommend them enough!

I wanted to send flowers to a friend's home, as there was a death in the family. The woman I spoke with was absolutely wonderful. I explained that I didn't want a typical sympathy arrangement and that I wanted something a bit unique. She asked me a few questions to further clarify and mentioned some of the flowers that were available in the shop. What she proposed sounded great. She then said the arrangement could be delivered that day. A bit later, I received a call from the man who was taking care of the delivery. He said nobody was home. As it was unusually cold that day, he offered to wrap the flowers in cellphone and left them near the garage. When my friend got home, she sent a text with a picture of the arrangement and described it as "gorgeous". Both of these people were so thoughtful and provided exemplary customer service. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area who is looking for something special.

Although I should have done this sooner, what a better way to kick off my one year wedding anniversary by writing a vendor review! McCandless Floral was absolutely amazing to work with for my wedding last year on 1/25/25. At first, I was working with Janet who was lovely. I had several planning appointments with her and she was very detail oriented and always price transparent. Closer to my wedding, I was then in contact with Emily to make the final plans and I adored her. Emily was very responsive, always on time, and truly made my wedding day beautiful by perfecting my wedding floral vision. I had all white flowers with greenery, and they looked stunning with no wilting whatsoever (especially with white calla lilies, which are hard to keep from wilting)! Also, they created a head table draping that I could have only dreamed of (picture included). I did not have to worry about set up or take down, which was a blessing. I recommended my best friend to use McCandless Floral and she booked them for her wedding day this upcoming August. Thank you for being the best in the Pittsburgh area!
